Step 2: Product Planning & Material Selection

Once your concept is clear, we move into detailed product planning.

We discuss every element of the product, including:

  • Fabric options and material types
  • Trims, accessories, and hardware
  • Construction methods (handmade, semi-handmade, or machine-based)
  • Comfort, durability, seasonality, and cost considerations

We share photos, videos, and references of materials for your approval. No material proceeds without your confirmation. We clearly explain the advantages and limitations of each option so you can make confident, informed decisions.

Step 3: Material Approval

Material approval is a mandatory step in our process.

Only after you approve the following do we move forward:

  • Fabrics
  • Colors
  • Trims and accessories

This step ensures there are no surprises later and that the foundation of the product fully aligns with your expectations.

Step 4: Crafting & Production (In-House)

After material approval, your product enters our in-house production facility.

Depending on the product requirements, we use:

  • Handmade techniques for delicate or premium items
  • Semi-handmade processes for balanced craftsmanship and scalability
  • Machine-based production for consistency and efficiency

All production is carried out 100% in-house by skilled craftsmen and experienced tailors. This gives us full control over quality, timelines, and consistency.

Step 5: Continuous Quality Control (QC)

Quality control is ongoing not a one-time check.

Our QC process includes:

  • Inspection during cutting and stitching
  • Checks after embroidery, printing, or handwork
  • Measurement verification and finishing inspections
  • Strength, comfort, and overall appearance review

Any item that does not meet our standards is rejected and remade. We never compromise on quality.

Step 6: Transparency & Customer Updates

Trust is built through transparency.

Throughout the process, we:

  • Share production photos and videos
  • Provide regular progress updates
  • Welcome feedback and confirmations at every key stage

You approve everything step by step, ensuring the product is always moving in the right direction.

Step 7: Final Product Review & Video Approval

Once the final product is completed:

  • A final QC inspection is conducted
  • A detailed video of the finished product is recorded and shared

This video allows you to review:

  • Stitching and finishing
  • Fit and structure
  • Branding, embroidery, and detailing

Nothing is shipped without your final approval. If any adjustments are required, they are completed before moving forward.

Step 8: Packing & Shipment (DDP)

After receiving your final confirmation:

  • Products are carefully packed according to your requirements
  • We manage the entire shipping process

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing, which means:

  • Logistics are fully managed by us
  • Customs and duties are handled by us
  • We remain responsible for the shipment until it reaches your doorstep

Tracking details are shared, and we stay in contact until delivery is complete.

Step 9: Delivery to Your Doorstep

Your order is delivered safely to your address.

Our responsibility does not end when the shipment leaves our facility—it ends only once the product has been successfully delivered to you.

After-Sales Support: Warranty & Returns

Our partnership continues even after delivery.

Warranty Period
We offer a 15-day warranty from the delivery date, covering:

  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship

This warranty ensures that every product meets our promised quality standards.

Returns & Replacements
If a product is found to be defective or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product
  • We will guide you through the return or replacement process
