Stitching & Assembly

Our stitching and assembly department is operated by skilled tailors and craftsmen with specialized experience in dog apparel and accessories.

We manage:

  • Handmade, semi-handmade, and machine-based stitching
  • Reinforced stitching for strength and long-term durability
  • Clean finishing for comfort, functionality, and appearance

Printing & Branding Facilities

To support complete customization, we offer multiple in-house branding techniques, including:

  • Screen Printing – Durable and vibrant for logos and graphic elements
  • Sublimation Printing – Ideal for all-over prints and detailed artwork
  • Embroidery – High-quality embroidery for logos and premium detailing
  • Embossing & Debossing – Suitable for leather, PU, and branded components

All branding samples are shared for approval before bulk production begins.

Quality Control (QC)

Quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process, not treated as a final step only.

Our QC procedures include:

  • In-process inspections during cutting and stitching
  • Measurement and fitting verification
  • Inspection of printing, embroidery, and finishing
  • Final product inspection before packing

Any item that does not meet our standards is rejected and remade.
